I have not received my order

Most products are usually delivered in 14 working days but on occasions due to postal delays they can take longer. If your order has not arrived within 20 working days please contact us and we will start tracing your order.

How do I cancel my order

You can cancel your order at any time before 12noon on the day you place your order. You cannot cancel an order after 12 noon as goods are dispatched daily Monday to Friday at 12 noon.

I have ordered the wrong product

Please contact us by e-mail and return the goods unopened with the delivery note using the return label that is on your delivery note. Once we have received the item and we are happy that it is in as new condition we will refund your credit card.

My goods have been damaged in transit

Please return the goods within 14 days via recorded delivery, please include all packaging, the delivery note and an explanation for the reason you are returning the goods. Once we have checked the returned goods we will either refund your card or send a replacement. We cannot be responsible for goods that are not sent by recorded delivery.

Postage and Packing

There is no delivery charge to the UK. Delivery charges for all other destinations will be calculated at time of ordering. You will receive a separate parcel for each item ordered and these may arrive on different days.
