By purchasing a product from us, you are accepting our general and specific terms and conditions-

Ownership: It is a condition of all sales that legal ownership of all goods does not pass from HennaPens.Com Ltd until payment is received in full. This acts as acceptance of these conditions.
 
Making a Purchase: Payment is due with your order. Either full payments are required or a 50 % deposit paid with terms. Terms are strictly 30 days net. Any amount outstanding for more than 45 days will not be acceptable. Payments should be made via bank transfer or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to HennaPens.Com Ltd.
 
Shipping and Handling: Shipping and Handling charges will be covered by HennaPens.Com above the minimum order quantity. All orders will be delivered directly to your premises. Orders below the minimum order quantity will incur shipping and handling charge. Handling charges will be applicable for all returned goods- see warranty section for further information.
 
Delivery Schedule: We will normally send your order to you within 14 working days, providing the product you’ve requested is in stock. In the event of the product being out of stock our aim is to have your order to you in 28 days. You will always be notified when an order is not in stock and given the chance to cancel your order, take a similar product that is in stock or confirm a pre-order from our next delivery. Delivery cannot be guaranteed, delays may be due to circumstances beyond our control.
 
Warranty and Returns: Goods are not offered on a sale or return basis. Goods that have been ordered in error etc. will be accepted for return within 14 days of purchase provided goods arrive back to us in perfect condition. Here at HennaPens.Com Ltd we offer a standard returns policy. If a product is unsatisfactory please return if together with the receipt within 14 days and we will refund the cost.
 
Prices: Are those ruling at the time of despatch and are subject to change by international exchange rates etc. All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate and exclusive of delivery costs. This price list supersedes all previous lists. December 2006.
